WHY ARE WE TRANSFORMING TUTORING?
The origin of Spark is centred around the core issue that too many students see education and learning in a negative light due to outdated practices and a one-size-fits-all approach.
This problem has then further developed, where students now often see tutoring in the same negative light by association. They expect tutoring to be with somebody who looks and sounds like the teachers at their school.

In these situations, students often then don't engage in tutoring in these circumstances, making no progress and causing further frustration for themselves and their parents.

This is WHY we created Spark.
​
Spark was officially founded by 19-year olds Tom & Emy in 2023, with the vision to elevate the confidence and grades of as many students as possible through a modern and more relatable angle.
The core principles of relatability and excellence underpin everything we do at Spark, pairing your child with a young & relatable tutor who has recently gone through the same process as your child...
And achieved the maximum performance THEMSELVES.
As a result, students view Spark in a completely different light, flipping the core issue on its head. In an environment that feels different to school and regular tutoring, student engagement emerges. This in turn results in extraordinary progress in short time periods.

With our amazing team at Spark, we have now elevated over 2000 students in the UK, Europe and the Middle East and had the opportunity to also launch our Scholarship program for students from underprivileged backgrounds.
